30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original signature packaging.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to their personalized nature, the following items are final sale:
- Custom-engraved pieces or bespoke designs.
- Earrings (for hygienic reasons).
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
- Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
The Refund Process
Once we receive your item at our Sherwood studio, our quality assurance team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-10 business days).
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for jewelry valued over $100.
