To maintain brilliance, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store your pieces in our signature box and clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we exclusively ship within the United States to ensure the fastest and most secure delivery for our customers.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing takes 2-4 business days. Once shipped via USPS or FedEx, your order will typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
Can I track my package?
Absolutely. You will receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as your order departs our Sherwood studio.

We offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in original packaging. Please note that personalized and engraved pieces are final sale.
