"We understand that stories can evolve. If you need to adjust your order, we are here to assist you as swiftly as possible."

Cancellation Window

To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once an order has entered the "Shipping" or "In Production" (for custom pieces) stage, we can no longer cancel it. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy after receiving your package.

Modifying Your Order

If you need to change the shipping address, ring size, or jewelry material, please contact us immediately. We can accommodate changes as long as the order has not been dispatched.

Important: Changes to the jewelry type or material may result in a price difference, which will be handled via a separate invoice or partial refund before shipping.

Customized Pieces

Orders for custom-engraved or made-to-order jewelry cannot be changed or cancelled once the production process has started (usually after 24 hours). These pieces are crafted specifically for your unique story and cannot be restocked.
